Section 1 - Intro to mushrooms

Here you’ll learn what a mushroom is, the parts of a mushroom, the life cycle of a mushroom, as well as the different types of mushrooms.

Section 2 - Exploring a few different mushrooms

In this section we’ll cover the medicinal qualities of the following mushrooms. Agarikon, chaga, cordyceps, lion’s mane, maitake, portobello, reishi, shiitake, & turkey tail.

Section 3 - Other fun(gi) info

In this final section, you’ll learn a few other interesting facts about mushrooms.
